Basket strainer removes small equipment containing a small amount of solids in liquid, which can protect compressors, pumps and other equipment and instruments from normal operation. It is also a small equipment to improve product purity and purify gas. Therefore, basket strainer is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, medicine, food and other industries. Basket strainer is composed of shell, drainage cover, strainer element, strainer mesh, bolt and so on.

Basket filters is mainly composed of nozzle, head, filter basket, flange, flange cover and fastener. When the liquid enters the strainer basket through the main pipe, solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, and clean fluids are discharged through the filter basket and through the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, unscrew the bottom bolt of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, and then re-load after cleaning. It is very convenient to use and maintain.

They are provided with a variety of end connections, including threaded, flanged, and welded.  Standard screens are provided for either WOG (water, oil, gas) or steam service, but other screens are available on request.
